Hey. I’m Mac. That’s not my real name, of course, but it’s the first thing I came up with as a nickname. I’m a 21 year old male from Ohio. I won’t go into great detail about myself, except that I’m a huge Buffy fan.

Why I created Hellmouth Central -
I kept noticing a trend with all the Buffy sites. They all had little paint shop pro/photoshop entrance images with a character. It almost seemed conformist. When I entered these sites the content was all the same, and lacking most of the time. One site would have news, the other had fanfic. One had awards, the other was a message board. One would have poetry, the other would have episode guides, and so on and so on. No one had EVERYTHING, with the exception of a couple sites so hard to navigate that I’d need to hire Christopher Columbus to find what I was looking for. All of these sites, no matter how big, how flashy and how much information they had were not fan-friendly.

Enter Hellmouth Central.

While it is true that we aren’t perfect (no one is), we try to be as good as we can. We do have as much or more information and original content than anyone else online. It’s a fact. We keep growing, and we keep thinking up new ideas. Viewers of this site can access a message board. They can send fanfic, poetry, wallpaper, news…and 99% of what they send gets posted on the site. How cool is that? No one does that. No one. So that’s why I made Hellmouth Central. A Buffy community by the fans for the fans.

Favorite BtVS moment: The look on everyone’s face when they saw that Willow wasn’t a vampire in “Dopplegangland”. Especially the Giles hug and the classic Willow line - “Say, you all didn’t happen to do a bunch of drugs, did you?” Hillarious.

Favorite Villians: Angelus, Spike and Dru in Season 2.
